UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation

UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is a Children's Miracle Network Hospital. Since 1983, Miracle Network Dance Marathon have raised more than $350 million for hospitals across the United States and Canada, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

Right now there’s a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital working to save the lives of kids in your community. In fact, 72 children enter a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment every minute — that's one child every second. Some are battling cancer. Some are suffering from a traumatic injury. Others require constant care because they were born too early, or with a genetic disease. Regardless of why the kids are there, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals always have their doors open.

Ranked as one of the top 10 pediatric hospitals in the United States, UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh has helped establish a new standard of excellence in pediatric care. Every day, Children’s provides high quality treatment to all its patients. Generous donations from individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners have a direct and immediate impact on Children’s Hospital’s ability to transform young lives through unparalleled care and deep compassion. Rooted in philanthropy, Children’s is sustained by generous community support. Every dollar raised by Pitt Dance Marathon goes to support the amazing care that Children’s provides to the Pittsburgh community.

Together, we save kids' lives.
